AU PAIRS ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER THE VISITOR EXCHANGE PROGRAM AFTER LIVING OUTSIDE THE U.S. FOR TWO YEARS

"The Department [of State] is hereby revising its regulations regarding Au Pairs. The Interim Final Rule revises the section on repeat participation to allow qualified au pairs to repeat the program after a period of at least two years residency outside the United States following the end date of his or her initial program. DATES: This rule is effective 30 days from July 21, 2008. The Department will accept comments from the public up to 30 days from July 21, 2008."
